Lakeland Villa Apartments, in Warsaw, Indiana, is the area's leading property management company serving all of Kosciusko County since 2000. We offer two and three bedroom units, and floor plans of up to 1,188 square feet. Our units have kitchens with a refrigerator and stove. There is also a laundry area with washer and dryer hookups. Is Lakeland Villa Apartments pet-friendly?**

Yes, we welcome pets. We allow up to 2 pets per unit - dogs or cats. A $350 non-refundable pet registration fee is required and a $30 monthly fee is required per animal of up to 30 lbs. Proof of spaying/neutering is required as well as up to date rabies vaccines and vet records.
